As families grow and change, so do the needs of their living conditions. Moving-up to a larger home involves costly real estate fees, is disruptive, and requires the family to adapt to a floor plan that already exists, sometimes making compromises that are less than desirable. A new addition is not only a more cost effective solution, it is custom designed and built to fit the customers' needs.

Engineered Home Solutions takes great pride in the quality of our addition construction. We use plywood sheathing on all wall and roof surfaces, because real wood holds nails better than cheap wafer board materials used by others. Extra thick felt paper and state of the art waterproofing materials are used throughout, to eliminate water penetration and future decay, and our interior trim and finish work has attention to detail that is unmatched in the industry. We build your addition as if it were our own, even if it costs us more than expected in the
end.

Finally to minimize disruption to the family during the construction process, we isolate the new construction zone as much as possible. Isolation curtains and walls are installed, material and debris is kept away from traffic areas, and worksites are kept clean at all times. We realize that although it is a construction site, you are still living there after all, and we are constantly sensitive to that.
