To Whom It May Concern,
My wife and I recently contracted with John Suomala of Engineered Home
Solutions to remodel our Master and Guest bathrooms. It was apparent
from our very first meeting that John was very professional and
methodical in his approach. John helped us work through every single
detail of the project, providing us with specific detail of what we needed
to do and what he'd handle. There were no details left to chance which
clearly reflects John's engineering training and experience. On those rare
occasions when things didn't go as planned (e.g. late shipment of key
component), John was excellent about calling an audible and making the
necessary adjustments in order to keep the project moving ahead. The
end result was two exceptional bathrooms. The workmanship, especially
the little extra touches, was exceptional. We now feel like the baths are
the showcase of our home and certainly great places to begin and end
each day. Karen and I would strongly encourage anyone who is looking
for top quality workmanship, design ideas and reliability all at reasonable
pricing to team up with John. You won't be disappointed.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter on behalf of John Suomala (Engineered Home
Solutions). I was not asked to do so but wanted to put in writing how
pleased I was with the quality of his work.
Beginning in the late spring of 2005 with a total renovation project to
our unfinished basement and concluding with a second project in the winter
of 2006, both jobs were completed with total satisfaction. John's work is
impeccable! It is only of the finest quality. He is also creative with his ideas
for clients who are unsure of which direction to pursue. All phone calls
were returned immediately and projects were completed on time and within
allotted budgets. Any work that was to be done, that would surpass given
costs, we were consulted about prior to work being completed. Along with
John's work, the work of his sub-contractors was also top notch. The
electrician, plumber and plasterers work was also superior. I was impressed
with the timing of all the craftsmen. All of them showed up on time, did
excellent work, and cleaned up after each workday.
I would recommend, without hesitation, the company of Engineered
